5. Refund Policy

CT Academy offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

You may request a refund in the form of an NFT voucher if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

• You are not satisfied with the course please contact us directly.

Refund Process:

• Once approved, an NFT voucher will be issued to you, representing the value of your course.

• Refund approval is subject to verification of account activity and eligibility.

• No monetary refunds will be issued.
